Frank
Our room was exceptionally clean, brand-new, and equipped with a bathtub, balcony, plus a huge comfy bed. the staff was pretty friendly and helpful during the morning and afternoon shifts, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
-
Andrew
The room size was much larger than expected, especially compared to other hotels in the area. It was a nice surprise to have a bathtub in the room as well. The amenities and facilities provided were great, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Another plus was the location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis.
The hotel lacked the authentic Thai feel and had more of a corporate chain vibe. It didn't quite capture the charm and atmosphere of the surrounding area.
